We are a small team, and email is the fastest way to reach us. Each address below goes to the people who can act on it, so pick the one that fits and you will get a faster answer. If none fits, info@schoolnav.app is the right place. We reply on weekdays, usually within two business days.
Help using SchoolNav
support@schoolnav.appWrite here for any question about your account or the app: signing in, inviting a co-parent, changing a child, exporting or deleting your data, or how a tool works.
Examples: an email that never arrived, a co-parent invite that did not go through, a question about what a likelihood band means.
Something is broken
bug@schoolnav.appWrite here when a page will not load, a number looks wrong, or a button does nothing. Tell us the page, what you did, and what you expected, and we will fix it.
Examples: a school page that shows the wrong neighborhood, a checklist tick that does not save, an error message.
Billing and refunds
billing@schoolnav.appWrite here about a charge, a receipt, a refund, or a plan change. A full refund within 7 days of a purchase starts with one email here.
Examples: a refund request, a receipt you cannot find, a charge you do not recognize.
Ideas and requests

Before you write
- SchoolNav is not part of Chicago Public Schools. Questions about your GoCPS application, an offer or a waitlist go to the CPS Office of Access and Enrollment at gocps@cps.edu.
- Never email a child’s test scores, date of birth, home address or IEP details. We do not need them to help you, and email is not a safe place for them.
- The privacy policy and terms answer many questions about your data and your plan.
